CES was proud to organize the first edition of the ECONOMIC IDEAS FORUM!

This forum which brought together high level economic experts, Ministers of Economy, Commissioners, Former EU Prime Minister,CEOs of companies from around the world and enterprises representatives, in an effort to set in motion a synergetic chain by involving EU leaders and inspiring them with strategic insights.

The Forum took place in Madrid (Spain), 15 April during the ECOFIN Meeting of Ministers of the Economy and Finance and was a perfect opportunity to present new ideas and offer economic solutions for overcoming the global financial crisis and improving the economy.

The Forum tackled the hottest topics in the economic agenda: international cooperation; coordination of strategies; economic dynamism; the promotion of a value-driven economy; building a competitive and sustainable economy that promotes green investments, innovation, the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the activation of sustainable recovery actions.

Over 250 participants took place in the Forum, which counted on the support of our member foundations FAES, from Spain and KAS, from Germany.
